Carter’s Grafton Notch Cabin, Intervale Rd., Bethel. Off-grid, 2 story cabin, originally a 200yr
old post and beam carriage house. Has wood stove for heat,gas range for cooking, and gas lights
on 35 acres with private access to the Big Androscoggin River. It is located across from Bear
River Rips on the east side of the river. Excellent fishing hole. There is a steep bank down to the
river, but we also have another easier access. The cabin is located 5 miles down the Intervale Rd.
from Rt. 26. Summer Prices: 150.00 for 1-3 nights or 250.00 a week. There are also 2 other cabins
